Meet Our Team

Gina Bruno-Dunn
Gina Bruno-Dunn has successfully grown a studio community focused on growth, resilience, and remembering the “big picture” of life. A lifelong mover, Gina quickly fell in love with how Pilates made her body feel. Opening the studio is Gina’s proudest professional achievement and she has dedicated her career to creating a space where everyone - regardless of fitness level - can experience the magic of movement. Gina’s daily inspiration comes from her team of instructors. Her goal for every person who walks through our doors is that they find a movement practice that inspires them to keep showing up for themselves.
Trained in both Balanced Body and BASI Pilates, Gina’s teaching style is classic, strong, and always brings people together - much like her favorite color, Purple.

Amy Denney
Amy Denney is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor with four years of dedicated teaching experience. Motivated by the importance of movement following her own experiences with cancer and motherhood, Amy’s classes are full of joy and appreciation for what our bodies can do!
Amy believes that a great instructor "never stops learning," a philosophy that led to the highlight of her career: assisting in a Balanced Body movement tour. During this experience, Amy had the honor of learning directly from industry icons like Jill Hinson and Joy Puleo. She also had the rare opportunity to spend time with Ken Endelman, the creator of the Balanced Body reformer, absorbing stories of the Pilates movement dating back to the 1970s.
Outside of the studio, Amy is a passionate advocate for Autism awareness and after-cancer care. If you see her at Sonic Happy Hour, she will be ordering a Route 44 Diet Cherry Limeade.

Ari Juvelis
Ari is on a mission to normalize fitness that supports the body rather than depletes it. She loves connecting with people and believes that having fun is just as important as the workout itself. Her teaching journey began during a season when she was seeking balance and connection, and it has since evolved into a passion for helping others feel at home in their own bodies. Ari specializes in creating spaces where fitness feels softer and more sustainable, proving that movement can be effective without being intimidating.
With 1.5 years of experience in group and private instruction, Ari offers a diverse range of styles including Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, Pilates Mat, Barre, and Sculpt & Tone. Her classes emphasize long-term well-being, mobility, and breathwork, always meeting students exactly where they are.
Much like her favorite pasta shape, the Cavatappi, Ari’s teaching style is a little twisty, very fun, and perfectly designed to hold all the good energy of a great class.

Briana Wernke
Briana Wernke brings a unique combination of artistic grace and practical, life-changing functional movement to the studio. Having trained for over a decade in the rigorous world of classical ballet, she understands the importance of precision and discipline. Today, she applies those principles to Pilates, focusing on increasing mobility and educating her clients on how their bodies work.
The most rewarding part of Briana’s career is witnessing the "unconscious" progress of her clients—the moments when they perform daily tasks without the thought of pain or limitation. Whether you are navigating chronic issues like sciatica or simply looking to improve your functional strength, Briana provides a supportive environment focused on your long-term wellness. If she were a superhero, her power would be to bring everyone peace—an intention she carries into every class she leads.

Brittany Gillet
Brittany Gillet’s approach to movement is rooted in the belief that exercise should serve your life, not just your hour in the studio. With 7 years of experience teaching Pilates and a background as a professional ballet dancer, Brittany originally turned to the Pilates method for injury prevention. However, she quickly discovered its power to transform daily life. Now, as she completes her degree to become a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) this May, she brings an advanced understanding of anatomy and physiology to every class.
Brittany’s teaching style is intentionally functional. She leverages her clinical education to plan classes that help clients reach a wide range of goals—from building athletic strength to gaining the mobility needed to pick up children or grandchildren without pain. For Brittany, the most rewarding part of her work is watching her students get stronger, reduce chronic pain, and achieve the milestones that matter most to them. While she is serious about results, she keeps a sense of humor about the work—if she had a superpower, it would be the ability to warp time so a five-minute plank felt like five seconds!

Chelsey Ann
Chelsey Ann views movement as an essential part of a broader wellness and beauty philosophy where the mind and body are deeply connected. Trained in Reformer and Mat, she views the Pilates studio as a space for building both physical resilience and mental clarity.
Chelsey’s background in the wellness and beauty industries brings uniqueness to her classes with focus on peeling back the layers. She is inspired by the continuous growth and resilience the Pilates method offers, and nothing is more rewarding to her than witnessing a student "click" with a movement and overcome a physical challenge. Guided by the simple but powerful advice to always be kind, Chelsey creates a welcoming environment where students can build strength from the inside out. In another life, Chelsey thinks she might have been a fish - which might explain why her movement flows so naturally!

Inspired by the legacy of Kathy Grant and her own background in dance, Karrington brings a dance-inspired flow to her Pilates Mat classes, blending athleticism with artistry.
She describes Pilates as a powerful tool for both movement and mindfulness, and she invites her students to find that same grounding energy.

Kat King
Kat started learning about movement as a child in a yellow tutu and later achieved a master’s degree and a career in sports medicine as an athletic trainer for professional disabled athletes. Her personal Pilates journey first began at Pilates on Western in 2016, where she quickly fell in love with the physical, cognitive, and emotional benefits of the practice. Driven by that connection, Kat began her initial Pilates teacher training in 2018. In 2024, she decided to pursue Pilates full-time, further expanding her expertise by pursuing two additional teacher training programs in 2025.
Kat now uses her deep background in both ballet and anatomy to focus on alignment and technique for her clients. Her goal is to build a community where movement is sustainable and inclusive. She is inspired by one of the laws of physics: “objects in motion stay in motion,” which motivates her to keep her own body moving for longevity.
Outside the studio, Kat values environmentally friendly options like reusable bags and locally sourced food. She uses her time leading Pilates classes to work on her jokes, so please laugh with her when you come to her class!

Leigh Shy
With 9 years of experience in Yoga and 11 years in Barre, Leigh is a seasoned guide for those looking to deepen their mind-body connection. Leigh completed her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification with Andrew Eppler through the Ashtanga Yoga Studio’s teacher training program in March of 2016.
Leigh has developed a teaching style that honors both precision and personal agency and she loves watching her students find the freedom to make their practice their own—whether that means ramping up the intensity or finding stillness in a modification.
She views the mat as a sacred space for self-evaluation, self-exploration, and self-realization. Whether she is leading a vigorous Barre session or a breath-centered Yoga flow, Leigh creates an environment where students feel the special connection of moving and breathing together. Her classes are inclusive and supportive, reflecting her personal commitment to causes like women’s rights, LGBTQIA+ advocacy, and mental health awareness. Known for her creative spirit (she’s pretty sure she was Willy Wonka in another life!), Leigh brings a sense of wonder and deep presence to every class she leads.
